What is 24-Hour Supported Independent Living (SIL)?

24-hour supported independent living (SIL) is a type of support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that helps you live as independently as possible. With 24/7 support, you get help with daily living tasks while still having the freedom to make your own choices.

Whether you’re living on your own or sharing with one or two others, we make sure your home suits you. Each home is warm, comfortable, and reflects your personality. You decide how you want to live, and we support you in making it happen.

Our SIL Homes: Designed With You in Mind

At Urcare, we offer a range of living options in our SIL homes, with no more than three people sharing. In some homes, there may be only one or two participants—depending on your needs and NDIS funding. We also support those looking into Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
